Honey & Nut Spreads RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you receive the products you ordered with no damage, or mistake made on our end, a refund or exchange is not possible.

Only in the event of damaged, spoiled or wrong product, you will receive a refund.

You will need to get in touch with us the same day either through what’s up or by email: gourmet@bytaline.com with pictures of the product.

Do not disregard any packaging related to the item.

All products that might be returned, should stay unused/unopened.

We also need a receipt and proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds(if applicable):

Once we receive your returned product, we will email you to inform you of the reception,and will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If your claim has been approved please allow 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank ) for the refund to be processed.

On sale products:

Items on sale cannot be refunded because of their short shelf life.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

Shipping:

To return your product, you need to contact us to set up a pickup time.

Storage of Honey and Nut Spreads:

Keep container in an area that will stay at an average room temperature of 15 to 25  C

Do not store next to oven or direct sunlight.

Our product is held to the highest standards for quality and freshness.

As soon as you receive the delivery, all products should be thoroughly inspected, and immediately refrigerated.

Should there be a concern that the product as received has a defect, a claim must be made immediately ,along with pictures of the product to : gourmet@bytaline.com or call us @ +961 70 363 577

We will not accept returns for products that have been discarded or partially consumed, due to the perishable nature of caviar. We cannot issue a refund if insufficient proof/pictures are not received within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please make sure to retain all packaging in the event of return if necessary.

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.
