Our Story
By Taline is a partnership between two sisters, Taline and Aline, on a mission to deliver a healthy and delicious menu.
The idea came to life when the two sisters decided to draw together unique ingredients from different countries and create an exceptional brand that’s guaranteed to satisfy your craving.
Our story goes back to 2016 with “Les Miels de Taline”, where Taline started making her own honey in Lebanon. She collected 100% pure honey from a wide variety of areas, giving her products rare blends of taste and flavor.
From Greek Inspiration to Gourmet Creation: The Journey of Taline’s Gourmet
By going abroad and living in Greece for a while, Taline and Aline explored a broad range of nut spreads and exquisite recipes. Their passion forever grew and “Taline’s Gourmet” was born.

Raw Honey
Passionately harvested from our hives all over Lebanon, directly from the bees to our jars. Taline’s Gourmet Honey is the result of hard working bees, day after day, rushing to the flowers, collecting the nectar and getting back to the hives to deliver the honey we all are awaiting impatiently.
Raw honey comes straight from the honeycomb. The beekeeper will usually just filter the honey to remove small bits of debris, including pollen, beeswax, and parts of dead bees. They do not pasteurize the honey.
Raw honey appears cloudy or opaque because it contains these extra elements. Our honey products offer more powerful health benefits, in terms of healing wounds and fighting infections, than regular honey.

Healthy Nut Spreads
"Taline’s Gourmet" offers exceptional nut spread enriched with Greek ingredients.
Nut spreads are high protein food that does not contain sugar. The product can be used for filling in waffles or croissants, perfect for topping (ice-cream, pancakes) or as ingredient for patisserie creams.
Our products are enriched with the multiple properties and great flavour, and are all 100% gluten free with no added sugars. You will also find flavors that are lactose free, and Ideal for vegan diet.
Nut spreads are rich in a variety of minerals and provides a tasty way of making healthy food choices. Highly recommended for an energizing breakfast, especially for athletes and children.
