Oak Honey: Bees harvest their nectar from the oak forests and thyme flowers from the Lebanese mountains at an altitude of 450 to 1100 meters, and also from the western slopes of the mountains of the West Lebanon chain, for example from Annaya, Jbeil. Richer, thicker and darker than other types, Oak Honey owes its density and strong flavor to the holm forests and thyme.

Mountainous Honey: Bees harvest the nectar of thyme flowers and the nectar of thistle flowers from the Lebanese mountains at an altitude of 1100 to 1700 meters, for example from the Chouf and Faraya. Mountain honey is a golden-coloured, cold-pressed honey. It is, in fact, thorny stems and leaves, with a spherical head of purple flowers and wildflowers.
