Mountainous Honey

Bees harvest the nectar of thyme flowers and the nectar of thistle flowers from the Lebanese mountains at an altitude of 1100 to 1700 meters, for example from the Chouf and Faraya. Mountain honey is a golden-coloured, cold-pressed honey. It is, in fact, thorny stems and leaves, with a spherical head of purple flowers and wildflowers.
