Oak honey
Bees harvest their nectar from the oak forests and thyme flowers from the Lebanese mountains at an altitude of 450 to 1100 meters, and also from the western slopes of the mountains of the West Lebanon chain, for example from Annaya, Jbeil. Richer, thicker and darker than other types, Oak Honey owes its density and strong flavor to the holm forests and thyme.
